Energy Medicine Certification Program (EMC)

Bridging Neuroscience, Mysticism, and Trauma Healing

The Energy Medicine Certification Program (EMC) is a 12-month journey into the heart of neuromystical healing. Building on the personal energetic training from Andean Mysticism: Awakening the Seed of Self (AMASS), formerly known as AFT, this course teaches you how to work with clients — integrating ancient Andean practices with trauma-informed tools drawn from neuroscience, somatic psychology, and soul-based healing.

Created by Christina Allen, EMC draws on her 30+ years of experience helping clients resolve deep-seated trauma and energetic blockages. It is designed for serious practitioners — space holders, facilitators, and healers — ready to bring this work to others with integrity, nuance, and precision.

What is Neuromysticism?

Neuromysticism is a modern path that bridges neuroscience, consciousness, and ancient energetic wisdom. It weaves together:

  • The energetic and cosmological framework of the Andean paqos

  • Somatic and psychological perspectives on trauma, attachment, and identity

  • Practical tools drawn from neuroscience and consciousness studies

One of the most compelling overlaps between mysticism and neuroscience lies in the phenomenon of ego dissolution. In both traditions, the personal self, or ego, is understood as a gatekeeper of suffering. It organizes our wounding, but also resists its unraveling. Mystics speak of surrendering the ego to commune with Source in order to heal, while paqos speak of an incohernt field of energetics that needs to be reformated to be more cohernt with our core self. Neuroscientists focus on the structure of the brain, describing the Default Mode Network (DMN),  as the neural hub of identity, narrative, and self-reference, that goes quiet in states of selflessness.. Whether through meditation, breathwork, or psychedelics, when the DMN softens, so does our identification with old wounds and protective constructs. In that spaciousness, and healing becomes possible. We then reconnect with a more coherent, expansive awareness, one not limited by past pain, but open to new ways of being.

Neuromysticism lives at this interface between energy, matter and consciousness. We use energy medicine to rewire the poqpo,  or field of self, consciousness-shifting practices to rewire the brain, and presence to hold the soul in safety. This is not theory. It is practice. It is lived transformation.

This is not a traditional Andean healing training. Nor is it a therapy certification. It is a hybrid, born from Christina’s decades of deep study and in-the-trenches client work. You'll learn to track energy, read patterns, facilitate regressions, work with breath, and use ancient tools like soul retrieval and energetic restructuring — all with a trauma-informed lens.

This is sacred work. And it is also practical. It asks you to show up fully, with discernment, devotion, and respect for the soul of each person you work with.

It also provides a strong foundation for those who plan to offer or assist in psychedelic healing work. While this course does not include altered-state facilitation, it equips you with the energetic, somatic, and soul-based frameworks needed to hold space for deep transformation.

A Note on Andean Terminology
In the Andean mystical tradition, the poqpo refers to the personal energetic field — encompassing what Western cultures might call both the psyche and the soul. It evolves through life and holds the energetic imprint of one’s lived experience.

The Inka seed is something deeper: an immutable spark of divinity, the core self. While both are energetic in nature, they play different roles in healing. The hanchi, or body, is also part of this energetic matrix.

Western science distinguishes structures like the body, brain, and mind. But neuromysticism sees them, too, as fields of vibratory coherence — all interwoven, all transformable through consciousness.

Like light, which is both particle and wave, we exist in paradox: both form and frequency. Neuromysticism is about approaching healing by integrating the two.

What You’ll Learn

  • How to conduct trauma-informed intake interviews and assess energetic readiness

  • The art of shamanic tracking and guided regression

  • Working with energetic anatomy: the poq’po (psyche/soul), hanchi (body), and Inka seed (core self)

  • How to apply the three core energy practices from ATS to clients

  • Releasing freeze states and restructuring the nervous system

  • Advanced energetic techniques: rattling, whistling, breathwork, and soul retrieval

  • Navigating transference, projections, and soul/psyche parts with presence

  • Deepening your capacity to hold transformational space with precision and care

You’ll also explore how this work intersects with psychology and therapy — not to become a therapist, but to be an informed and ethical practitioner who knows the territory.

Course Format

The EMC program unfolds over one year with a rhythm designed for deep learning and real-time integration:

  • 6 Content Modules: Monthly 4-hour classes that teach theory, tools, and energetic practices

  • 6 Roundtable Sessions: Monthly 2-hour Q&A and discussion sessions on the alternate months, to explore practical applications and troubleshoot challenges that arise when using the tools with others

These sessions alternate each month: a Content Module one month, followed by a Roundtable the next. This pacing allows for meaningful application and integration of each topic before moving on.

Schedule:

  • Content Classes: First Fridays, 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM CT (Jul 11, Sep 5, Nov 7, Jan 9, Mar 6, May 1)

  • Roundtables: First Fridays, 12:00 – 2:00 PM CT (Aug 1, Oct 3, Dec 5, Feb 6, Apr 3, Jun 5)

Format: Live on Zoom (recordings available for review)

Certification Track: To receive certification, you must complete 4 practice sessions, or case studies, per content module (2 per month, for a total of 24). These are written reflections on your sessions with others that demonstrate how you are applying the tools from each module and they offer insight into your client work. Your reflections through the writeups become part of your learning, Reflecting where you have masterd the material and where there is still room for growth

Course Modules

Prerequisites

  • Andean Mysticism: Awakening the Seed of Self (AMASS, formerly AFT)

  • At least one personal healing session with Christina is strongly recommended

If you are new to the tradition we suggest starting your entry into the Andean path with one or both of our introductory classes:

  • Introduction to Andean Mysticism — a taste of the cosmovision

  • Tools for the SuperCeptor — for empaths and energetically sensitive individuals

This is not fast-food healing. This is a deep devotional practice. If you’re ready to show up with heart, skill, and reverence for the transformational path, this training will give you the tools — and the pratice— to serve.
